The Lazy and Slow operates an orchard stay in Jana, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. This page explains how we use information when you visit this website, write to us, book a stay or use a member account.
Information you share
Enquiries include your name, email address and message. Reservations may include contact details, stay dates, guest counts, room choices and requests. Member accounts include sign-in details, rewards and referral activity. Please share only the information needed for your request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, arrange and manage your stay, send service messages, process payments and administer member benefits. We may also need records for accounting, resolving disputes and meeting applicable obligations.
Services that help us
Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data and account services, Resend for email and Razorpay for payments. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Payment details are handled through Razorpay; do not send card numbers or passwords through our contact form. Providers may process information outside India.
Optional analytics and advertising
With your permission, we use Google Analytics, when configured, to understand page visits and actions such as submitting an enquiry. Meta Pixel helps measure advertising and visits. These tools may use cookies and device information. We do not intentionally send your enquiry text, name or email address in analytics events.
You can accept or decline optional tracking, or change your choice using “Privacy choices” on public pages. Essential account and booking functions remain available when you decline. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites and read Meta’s privacy policy.
Links to other services
When you follow a WhatsApp, Instagram, payment or other external link, that service’s own privacy terms apply.
Keeping and protecting information
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it for those purposes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
